Strangeness, intent, love, beauty, earthquakes, floods, Christ, and Mary *** |

To not look for a way out, but to see life directly; to neither transcend nor descend, but to hold the strangeness in you, regardless of what others have said, that is the way out, though in fact there is no way either. Hunker down and sit it out if you choose. Nothing can be done. We're in for an eternity in the flesh, and that means one hell of a ride. Evil lurks around every bend, and our only weapons are love and intent. But we shall make it through this life, emerge out the other side, and, providence or not, laugh again at how much we suffered. A new foundation is forming in the spirit, and the chaff shall be swept back to the land. Here we cannot make ourselves happy, we can only make ourselves unhappy, so if we stop doing that then perhaps- when we have rid ourselves of unlove, and when fear and sadness have fled our empty shells- perhaps then we shall come upon Beauty. Every pain has its associated pleasure, as you will see, if your heart becomes open enough to be stretched in both directions- such as the heart, and only the heart can be. ...Pain segues into paean. Love will pull you in every direction- to earth, to heaven, and even to hell. Let it take you.
The earthquakes will come, and the fires, the floods, and the darkness- all because you alone chose not to live, but to die as they told you to die- as nothing. Or worse than nothing- as them.
Yea, until the Mother has held you to her bosom, until the Father has guided you in his arts, until Christ has entered into you with his loving violence and destroyed all lies within, and until Mary has walked beside you weeping, you are still in sin.
