Surrender, the test, purity, denial, guilt, the shadow, God, and emptiness

For most tests the answer is surrender, but never when you’d expect it, and rarely when you feel like surrendering. That is the test.

No matter where you are, a light will shine across the water directly at you.

Purity is the absence of denial and guilt.

When the light is infront, your shadow lies behind;

When the light is behind, your shadow runs ahead;

When the light is inside, you cast none.

Surrender provides no answer, it merely eliminates the problem.

Fear begets mediocrity, doubt begets stasis, worry begets problems.

Dive in and descend, and never consider the surface, nor surfacing.

The more we give it up, the more we leave it up to God.

Loosen up. It isn’t you, it isn’t yours. It’s God.

Eliminate the centre and let the vastness be, let the form go on without you, and let emptiness be your name.

‘That’ is our mirror.

Become the Eye within the eye, the Body within the body.
