I believe in oneness and duality.

This is not a book, it is a prolegomena.

BREATHE IN, EAT FOOD, DRINK WINE

and nothing else

To be born again is to get back to the center, and then start a new tunnel, without having to die.

You are only still when you can see the clouds move.

My mind had so many thoughts, experiences, and utterings, that I did not pay enough attention to my soul- that greater portion of my self which, like an iceberg, lies mostly below the surface.

Expecting too much leads to disappointment.

dream message: Because we are able to survive in this realm we think we understand it. But survival and understanding are completely different things.

It is our habitual behaviour which clouds our ignorance.

The squaring of the circle is a polygon which includes humans in the universe.

People are addicted to themselves- to their own personas.

Gratitude, true gratitude, is a very painful emotion.

No longer surrendering to an ‘other’, but feeling and knowing that God is in, and of me.
