Unconditional love, paradise, the ego, and a celestial force *** |

Usually it is an unexpected event, even the smallest, most insignificant thing which intrudes into the ego’s tender reality and the truth of their creation rears up its ugly head. I say, take away a man’s breakfast and morning coffee, just as he is about to contentedly sit down and enjoy it, and you will find yourself confronted with either a slobbering wimp, begging pitifully to have it returned to him, or a vicious monster who will lash out and tear off chunks of your being just to get his toast back. All that hoaky talk about unconditional love arises out of the squirming windpipes of people who can’t stand themselves, and so they pretend to tolerate others- intolerable others- and wear this lie as a badge disguising the fact that they have not the courage to despise the despicable, nor to love the loveable. If you meet such agonizing people, it is best to spit on their arm, and then see how unconditionally they love you.
I myself slumbered at the gates of paradise, waiting slothfully for someone to come along, lift the confounding obstructions, and carry them over me, so that I could awake to find myself inside, thus avoiding the arduous task of entry. I had not at that point realized that paradise is not a place, nor a destination, but that it is life itself, which is where you end up once you have walked out of the lie, the corruption, the misunderstanding, misdirection, need, and want, and prison of the small self.
Had right or wrong invaded my being I would have been done for. You might as well pack it in, and beg for forgiveness while there's still time. Because time will end, let me tell you. You're no help further in the darkness. Only light can help us here. And for that the wax must melt beneath the flame.
By living from your own centre, and not as a reaction to another's reality, you develop a gravity- you become a celestial force- and that way you draw all other celestial bodies to you.
