Redemption, God, and love *** |

Redemption is like when you’ve just come out of your house, and as you’re walking down to the end of your long driveway you see God standing way off in the distance, by your car, yelling “I can’t find the keys.” And so you turn about and go back inside and hunt all over for the keys, turning your house inside and out, until finally you give up and leave the house again, and begin walking down to the car, while God continues to yell toward you, but suddenly you realise you had misunderstood what God was saying, it was too garbled by the distance, and you feel like an idiot by the time you get close enough to realise he’s yelling “I love you.”
