The syringe containing the God serum

It is like having a massive syringe- a thousand miles long, and a hundred miles in diameter- behind you, with a little, human-sized needle sticking into the back of your head. And when the flow begins to enter you are inclined to say, “The serum is inside of me”, for it is. This is what you say, and not “The serum is outside of me”, even though a much greater portion of it is outside of you. And this sense applies to God. God is inside us, and also elsewhere, and we take God in drop by human drop, as we are capable, lest the syringe empty too quickly and rend apart the wholeness of our Being.
