Behavior, Spinoza, Camus, The Myth of Sisyphus, Peter Mathiesson, the Snow Leopard, Chess, and Judo
* Behavior creates structure. Use creates function.
Spinoza: "Make the body capable of doing many things."
Camus in The Myth of Sisyphus decides that man can live without appeal, stating "One must imagine Sisyphus happy." However, Sisyphus has a life without possibility of appeal and therefore happiness becomes a subterfuge in itself. Hence the Sherpa in Peter Mathiesson's Snow Leopard exclaims "Of course I'm happy, especially when I have no choice (in life).". He is the modern Sisyphus.
There are more potheads than prophets.
Playing the black pieces in Chess is like Judo, as your opponent has the first move, you use his attack against him.
A 'free society' is an oxymoron, for to be social is to lose freedom.
Every moment is a bizarre, overwhelming, improbable, incomprehensible, undefinable moment.
