Morality and the Kingdom of Heaven, William Blake, Carl Jung, and God

All structures of the manifest rise and then fall into decay. The trick is knowing when to get on the wave, how to ride it, and when to bail out.

“That Man should Labor and sorrow, learn and forget and return

To the dark valley whence he came, to begin his labor anew.”

                                    William Blake (Vala)

Trying to find God inside of you is like trying to think about what you’re thinking about- it’s impossible. For the moment you try to think about what you’re thinking about, you stop thinking about it. So it is with God. So to find God is simply to not think about what you’re thinking about what you’re thinking.

Morality is an essential component of awakening to Oneness, because it is the sine qua non of the recognition that ’all is one’, and therefore what I do to another I do to myself. Hence the Golden Rule is Christ’s axiom for entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven.

And we are mountains in the sea of energy, rising out, exposed, and our aurus are like shoals around us, slowly merging into the deep, eternal sea.

There is neither beginning nor end, only the eternal now-moment of change.

Just as you can view a picture of the earth from space, on the television, while sitting in your home, so also you can experience the consciousness of God, projected into the microcosm of your soul.

One of the last dualities to overcome is that of the Creator-Creation.

Perhaps you cannot leave the earth (ie. Rise out of God’s subconscious) until you have given to another the tools which you were given in order to leave, thus ensuring that the chain can never be broken.

“The secret is that only that which can destroy itself is truly alive.”

                                    Jung, Dreams p148
